Weekend Challenge – Easter Eggs!

Welcome to a slightly different Easter challenge, which we hope will be fun. If you have kids or grandkids, why not get them involved too! Fun for all the family!

We are setting our students the task of painting an egg! We all have access to eggs, whether it be chickens, ducks, goose or perhaps you know someone with an ostrich!! You can hard boil them or blow them, the choice is yours.

The ideas are endless, have a look at this website with 53 Easter Egg ideas with links to YouTube videos including the fabulous hand painted polkadot eggs below. Google Painted Easter Eggs for plenty of inspiration!

If you are unable to paint a real egg, why not paint or draw one on paper or canvas and design it that way instead. Have fun and enjoy!!

All students can take part and they can post their artwork on our main Facebook Group to share with fellow students.

If you would like your work included in our weekly Thursday blog post Email it to Melanie on
techsupport@londonartcollege.co.uk

Please only post new artwork that you have created specifically for the challenge.

The idea of these challenges is to help students improve their skills by drawing, painting and creating regularly. Most of all, have fun!!
