Welcome to our spookiest challenge of the year! Calling all illustrators, cartoonists and painters! Send us some of your spookiest and eeriest cartoons, spooky characters or your draw the most spooky still life set up you can! Have fun with this challenge and let your imagination run wild.

Halloween Ideas!
Perhaps you might like to start with black piece of paper and sketch using pastels a clan of ghosts, or a flurry of orange bats flying at you. What about imagining a big moon with a witch flying across, or a cat on a broom!

You might like to draw your kids all dressed up in their halloween costumes, portray a halloween bucket full of sweets, sketch a skeleton or a carved pumpkin.

Perhaps you might like to go the more traditional route and paint some pumpkins, gourds, and squash similar to the photo below.

Which ever you choose, make it fun and interesting, as scary as you would like and most of all have fun! We are very much looking forward to showing your work next week on the 31st of October – Halloween!!

Post your work on our Facebook Group or email it to us for inclusion on our blog later this week.

All of the photos we post on our London Art College Weekend Challenges are copyright free. Feel free to use the artwork you produce however you wish. If you would like your artwork posted here on our blog, email it to Melanie at techsupport@londonartcollege.co.uk. If you have any Weekend Challenge requests let us know too! Best of luck and happy drawing and painting!
