I’m a student on the Coloured Pencil Course with tutor Paul Weaver. This is a photo of my work in progress for an assignment on my course, plus the finished drawing. I stacked a load of ‘Gu’ jars on a dark green table cloth, then lit them with a strong light and photographed them from above. I had fun trying to capture them all in coloured pencil. I created the drawing at A4 size on paper, using my iPad for a grid to help guide me.
