I recently completed the “Drawing and Painting Online Art Course” from “London Art College”. I have to say it was an excellent experience. As someone who works full-time as a software developer, I was looking for a way to utilize my spare time and indulge my passion for drawing and painting, particularly watercolor and pencil drawings. The course was well-structured, and the instructor “Paul Weaver” is highly knowledgeable and experienced, providing clear instructions and feedback throughout the course.

As someone who had never been through formal training in art, I was initially apprehensive about joining the course and working under given instructions. However, as the course progressed, I found myself becoming more confident and understanding the nuances of painting better. I had always liked working with watercolors, especially Koi watercolors, and did not have any specific brand preferences for my other drawing tools. I usually shopped for materials at my local shop.

One of the areas I had struggled with before taking this course was understanding colors. One crucial lesson I learned from this training is that tone is more essential than color. Now I’m much more confident with colours. I appreciate that Paul provided me with proper directions and guidance that helped me gain more knowledge and overcome this hurdle. Overall, I am delighted with my experience and the skills I have gained from the course. I look forward to continuing my journey as an artist and exploring new techniques and styles.
