How can you have Christmas without holly?

Holly has been associated with Christmas since medieval times.

It represents so much:

  • Evergreen – being always present
  • Berries – a source of food (although not for humans!)
  • Red – cheerful in the midst of winter
  • Ivy – its close companion

I.e. all the things we wish for a Christmas together with family and friends.
