Jane Terris

Student Jane Terris has created a wonderful watercolour painting below for our festive countdown today. Jane explains her painting below….

Dougie Dan’s Grill is set in the most scenic of locations at Ganavan Sands Oban Argyll. I was reflecting on my earlier memories of a traditional family lunch and how sadly these days seem to be over.

Considering the restrictions on social distancing, and a forthcoming Christmas family dining event, I concluded that Dougie Dan’s Grill fitted the bill! Fresh local produce – A Warm Welcome – Atmospheric – Conora Virus Friendly -so what could be better?!!

Merry Christmas Everybody!”

  4. Love the watercolour of Dougie’s food outlet which we know so well from our dog walks over the cliffs. A great asset in a beauty spot. Congratulations Jane and we hope to see many more local highlights portrayed.
    Best Regards
