Inga Berkensträter

Our challenge to students this month is to create artwork for our festive countdown on the theme of  ‘What Christmas and or New Year means to you and your family’. Today its Inga’s turn, her illustration with text is beautiful ….

This illustration is my Christmas when I was a child. My uncle always got out this artificial Christmas tree with lots of coloured lights. I loved it!
And we did handicrafts like the little gnome, made out of pinecones and cotton wool balls. This year I long for the Christmas of my childhood, seems to be so lighthearted and careless then.
