This week\u2019s art challenge theme was Summer Holidays and our students have captured the season beautifully. From beach huts and ice cream to sunflowers and seagulls. Each artwork tells its own story of summer \u2013 whether that be a favourite memory, a peaceful day or simply a seasonal mood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s my piece for the Summer Holidays weekend challenge. It\u2019s based on the ice cream reference photo that was included. It\u2019s made using pastel and pen and ink. If you look carefully, there are some summer holiday words in the ice cream itself!!
