This weekend\u2019s art challenge continued our alphabet theme, this time we asked our students to draw or paint something beginning with the letter W.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As expected, we had a ‘Wonderfully Wide’ range of entries. From wildlife and witches to watering cans, women and woodpeckers. The variety of subjects were brilliant to see. Each piece brought something different to the table. We particularly love the woodland pieces which there were quite a few of, capturing woodland paths inviting the viewer to step into the trees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you to everyone who joined in. We really enjoy seeing what you come up with each week, and a brand new challenge will be posted tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0It\u2019s a painting of my \u201cWoofer\u201d on her \u201cWalk\u201d in the \u201cWoods\u201d and is painted in a \u201cWatercolour Wash\u201d!! I think she\u2019s found a \u201cWoodland\u201d critter hiding at the base of that \u201cWide\u201d tree!!
