Welcome to our latest art challenge which we hope will brighten your day! Its all about colour! Lots of bright intense and vivid tones and hues to portray some beautiful birds. You can create a single bird or a whole illustrated page of them, a funny cartoon, a splashy watercolour or full blown oil painting. The choice is yours! We have added a few photos below to get you started.

We are very much looking forward to seeing your artwork. Enjoy the colourful process and have fun!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The idea of these challenges is to help students improve their skills by drawing, painting and creating regularly.

So try to submit work that you have created specifically for the challenge – or course work you are currently creating for your art course. Sometimes our challenge themes cross over with what students are learning. Our challenges are great practive for your coursework too!

Remember to submit your artwork to us via email if you would like it posted on our blog next week.
