Welcome to our weekend art challenge results, where this week we asked our students to draw and paint sheep, lambs or both. What a lovely subject for everyone to tackle, the artwork that has been produced here is wonderful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our featured image is by London Art College student Lisi Deng who is studying our Illustrating Children’s Books Diploma Course. This is her first entry into the weekend challenges and we absolutely love it! Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see it in full. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also want to bring our readers attention to student Anne Griffins pencil drawing below of a sheep and two lambs. Anne’s excellent drawing skills really show here, she has depicted the light on the subjects superbly with perfect tonal ranges. Superb!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you missed this challenge and want to have a go, you are more than welcome! We always love it when students are inspired by our challenges. Congratulations everyone for taking part – great work from you all! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
