London Art College student Maria Pereira has now completed her Landscape Painting Diploma Course<\/a> with tutor Alan Dedman and we have enclosed a selection of her final paintings and a lovely quote from her below. We wish her every success in her future artwork in 2023! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I enjoyed the course. I learnt a lot, including to paint, to imagine new subjects and come up with different themes. The best thing for me was to learn to get my proportions right and to paint more realistic landscapes. It\u2019s important to guide students in how to use the brushes and colours in the right moment to better define the painting.

Last but not least I would like to add that the teacher is excellent and provides good feedback in a very understanding way. He is very good at explaining things and made me more confident in my work. I enjoy painting what I\u2019m feeling in the moment, my inspiration. I stand in front of the canvas without defining what I will be painting\u2026 then we see what comes up. Thank you so much for your support during these years.
