Student Elizabeth Robinson has chosen the theme for this weeks art challenge. It is to remember back to your favourite holiday and try to illustrate it, whether it was from a few years ago, or perhaps one that you remember as a child.

We would love for you to create an image which evokes the wonderful feelings that you get from remembering this holiday. It might have been a warm summer beach holiday, so try to use bright warm colours in your artwork. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have added a few photos below for inspiration. Why not let us know in text along with your artwork why this holiday brings back so many wonderful memories for you.

We hope that you enjoy this challenge and we are looking forward to seeing your results soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All students can take part and they can post their artwork on our main Facebook Group<\/a> to share with fellow students.

Please only post new artwork that you have created specifically for the challenge.

The idea of these challenges is to help students improve their skills by drawing, painting and creating regularly. Most of all, have fun!! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those who are new to our challenges, we post them every Friday, so that students have a chance to pick up their pencils, pens, brushes or tablets to create artwork in their downtime over the weekend.

The results are the posted here on our blog on the following Thursday.

We love it when students add text to go along side the artwork, we will always post it on the blog if included. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
