This student has very cleverly added her work in progress\u00a0along\u00a0with her final portrait so that her tutor\u00a0could\u00a0view each stage of the process and how she created the image. You can see that the\u00a0student\u00a0went on a\u00a0journey\u00a0during the painting looking, drawing,\u00a0changing, observing at each stage. I think each image in itself can almost be classed as a finished piece. The\u00a0sepia\u00a0undertones especially remind me of old old master\u00a0preparatory\u00a0studies. I hope this inspires you to take photos at each stage, so that you are aware of how you are\u00a0building\u00a0up your painting and are able to look back and learn from what you are creating.<\/p>\n
