Today’s blog post is dedicated to the work of student Emer Cullen. Emer has been studying how to paint in oils with Tutor Alan Dedman on the Oil painting course.

The finished painting below is absolutely superb and we love the composition, particularly the position of the red van on the bridge. This van and it’s very important colouring, balances the large buildings on the opposite side.

Emer has also included three stages of her painting which we felt would be very interesting for our students to view. Congratulations Emer on a superb oil painting! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
