We are delighted to celebrate the achievement of student Deborah Lawrence, who has successfully completed the Landscape painting Diploma with tutor Paul Weaver and has been awarded a well-deserved Distinction.
Deborah is based in Norway, and many of her pieces throughout the course beautifully reflected her surroundings. From striking mountains to pine forests and snow-covered landscapes, her work brought a refreshing perspective and a wonderful sense of place. Paul noted how rewarding it was to see her creative eye develop, along with her commitment and hard work throughout the course.
Deborah has kindly shared her final sign-off statement, which we are pleased to quote in full:
“Now that this is my final set of exercises, I wish to thank you so much for all of your comments and hard work on my behalf.
You are an excellent tutor!! and I have appreciated your honesty and helpfulness in your feedback.
This course is extremely good value for money, and I have learned a lot that I will take with me as I continue my painting journey.”
We would like to congratulate Deborah once again on her fantastic achievement. It has been a joy to follow her progress, and we look forward to seeing how her painting journey continues.
