Weekend Art Challenge Results – Spooky!

What a fantastic collection of artwork we have received for our Spooky challenge this week! From pumpkins to witches, to friendly ghosts and even Snoopy. Our students really embraced the Spooky theme with imagination. It is always wonderful to see how differently everyone interprets the same brief.

A huge well done to everyone who took part in this challenge. You have captured the spirit of Halloween perfectly, and we loved seeing all of your creative “spooky” ideas come to life!

Another challenge coming tomorrow, so stay tunned and don’t get scared!

Mixed media: watercolour, ink and pastel pencils.

Above and below. A pumpkin painted in watercolours…..And an illustration of a witch, ‘making a spell’ and stirring her cauldron full of skulls and weird creatures. I used a black fine liner, watercolour pencils, and used just black, purple, orange and green.
