Festive Art Challenge

It is that magical time of year again, and we are inviting all of our students to take part in our annual Festive Art Challenge! Each December we love to showcase the creativity of our students with a festive countdown on the blog. This year we are adding a fun twist to keep things fresh and inspiring.

We have created a list of 25 festive prompts. Think of it like an artistic advent calendar! You can pick any prompt that inspires you – snowflakes, robins, reindeer, cosy cottages, festive food and more. The choice is yours.

You do not need to complete all 25 prompts. You can select just one or two favourites, or explore several if you are feeling inspired. Every artwork submitted will become part of our daily Christmas showcase on the blog, and we will post a new piece each day throughout December, building up to Christmas Day itself.

This is a wonderful opportunity to experiment, try new materials and have some fun with festive themes. Your artwork can be in any medium – pencil, pastel, watercolour, acrylics, digital art, mixed media — the important part is enjoying the creative process.
